Psychotherapy

I provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults navigating the psychological challenges of medical conditions, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

My approach draws primarily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and psychodynamic therapy, while integrating other evidence-based approaches to meet each person's goals and needs. I view therapy as a collaborative, relational process in which we work together to better understand the patterns, both conscious and unconscious, that shape how you relate to yourself, others, and life's challenges. Along the way, we cultivate the psychological flexibility to respond more intentionally and move toward what matters most to you.

Sessions are available individually or in group formats.

I anticipate opening my private practice in October 2026. I am not currently accepting clients. Please check back for updates regarding availability.

Assessment Services

I provide evidence-based psychological evaluations to clarify diagnoses, understand cognitive and emotional functioning, and guide individualized treatment recommendations.

Areas of assessment include:

*Please note that I am not a neuropsychologist and do not provide comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations. Individuals requiring comprehensive neuropsychological testing will be referred to an appropriately trained specialist.
